Celebrating African Union Day
School Playground and Nature Area No. 16, Block D Osei Bonsu Road, Santasi, KumasiAfrican Union Day, also known as Africa Day, is celebrated on May 25th to commemorate the founding of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) in 1963, which later became the African Union (AU). This day is a celebration of African unity, resilience, and the continent's progress towards development, peace, and prosperity. In Ghana, while not a public holiday, it is a day for reflection and celebration of African identity and achievement. Our children looked amazing during this day.
Republic Day
Republic Day is a national holiday celebrating the adoption of the country’s constitution and the establishment of the republic. Schools and offices remain closed as people observe the day with patriotic activities, parades, and cultural events.
